Supporting the Management with the evaluation of the possibility of CO-OPERATION with local manufacturers of TRAILERS & TRUCK BODIES and TRUCK OEMs` partners in the afore-mentioned countries, Iraq & Iran. Supporting agents in the closure of sales deals, acquisition of new clients & regular face-to-face visits of customers

Handling of Letter of Credits, project time line and the coordination of collaborating departments, project team leadership, selection of external suppliers and service providers including contract negotiation and subsequent project management, control, evaluation and optimization of project progress

Advisor to the Managing Director and the President of the Company in the company`s Management Strategies - and short term Management issues

Management of Sales Department, preparation & oversight of sales plans, recommendation of Marketing concepts to the Management, and supporting the Management with entry into new markets, such as the exploration of new opportunites of sale of products in wheat milling and grain storage industry in Latin America

Management of Import department, such as coordination of all processes related to the business, including purchasing and `On-time`delivery of goods to the production line and monitoring the compliance with the projects` time line

Offer prepartion, placement of orders, customer care, administration of personnel files, assist Management with correspondence, purchase and dispatch of goods, handling of Letter of Credits
