PRE-CONTRACT: • Feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2 etc of interior fit-out & joinery projects. • Prepare contract documents. • Estimate the quantity and cost of material. POST-CONTRACT: • Review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions. • Prepares Bill of materials / quantity take off / variations if any. • Thoroughly study shop drawings and as built for final project account Statement and final bill of quantities. • Preparing claims for variation and time extension.

• Preparing tender & contract documents including Bill of Quantities. • Undertaking cost analysis for repair & maintenance project. • Assisting in establishing a client requirement & undertaking feasibility study. • Advising on procurement strategy. • Identifying, analyzing & developing responses to commercial risks. • Valuing completed works & arranging payments.

• Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing, construction projects, or services to aid management in bidding on or determining price of product or service. • Manage all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. • Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards & quality. • Attend site valuation for internal claims and site measurement.
