Operational responsibility for PPC Business Unit, reporting to Group CEO. Responsibility for Senior Management Team, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, QM/Engineering and Operations.

Full P&L responsibility for sales of PPC Product in NAM. Responsible for a team of 15 including Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Engineering and Logistics.

Responsible for establishing the Central Planning concept across the PPC Group resulting in centralized allocation of orders across five international production plants.

Responsible for designing Insulator products fulfilling all customer specifications and relevant standards whilst reducing costs and improving performance.

Sales responsibility for €2’0 sales budget across five strategic customers.

Leadership of development Projects in the Overvoltage Protection Division, including design of product concepts and cost calculation.

Sales and Marketing responsibility for the Ceramic Components division in the UK with responsibility for €16’0 sales budget.

Design and development of automotive temperature sensors for Major automotive manufacturers (e.g. Land Rover, VW etc.).

Design of press tools for automotive and industrial tubing.

Apprentice engineer designing tooling for producing screws and fasteners.
