 Led end-to-end implementation for 100+ client organizations by gathering and analyzing operational and technical requirements, configuring HRMS and payroll workflows, and ensuring accurate setup and on-time go-live.  Partnered with client HR and payroll stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations spanning payroll processes, statutory compliance and integrated workflows.

 Analyzed historical incident data to identify trends, root causes and process-optimization opportunities.  Supported material receipt, inspection and documentation, ensuring inventory accuracy and quality.  Created Excel, Power BI and Tableau dashboards to present insights and identify process improvements.  Developed solutions to improve operational efficiency, cost savings and customer service.
