Ian Mackie

My role covered both accounts receivable and payable duties for the holding company. The vast majority of my time dealt with inter-company tasks with each of the twenty-two company dealerships across the east coast of Scotland. The vast majority of this time was taken by raising recharge invoices and answering queries. Other duties included monthly expenses processing for the group, management of the "MID" database ensuring all relevant cars are insured, the closure of monthly accounts and ad hocs duties.
