Igor Ivantsiv

In this position I took on the sole responsibility for one of the company’s products. I lead and coordinated a team of experienced developers, to deliver several high value projects, within a short timeframe. Given my progression within the company, there were high expectations, but also, an equal level of trust, that my decision making and the skills I developed as a product manager, would drive the product and thus the business forward.

By working closely with the head of product, I was given a unique opportunity to learn and practice the implementation of agile management practices. I was familiarized not only with the tasks and responsibilities of a product manager, but also the role that a product manager should take to drive the growth of the company.

This position revolved around sales, customer service and being a professional representative of the business. Taking on responsibilities in the other functions of the business has allowed me to display my competence and tech savviness. This led to me developing an interest for agile product development and taking on another position within the company.

Major in Business economics with a minor in Psychology.
