Responsible for the implementation of the logistics parts of OAD ERP system to our partners: • Surveying the business process • Business modeling, writing feasibility studies • Making a training for the project team about the QAD system functions • Making a system development documentation • Preparing the system for the „go live” • Supporting the „go live”

Learning the basics of the ITIL-based IT services: • Calculations, preparation of tenders. (Required hours of engineering effort; possible number of errors) • Definition of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) related contracted services • Ensure quality services are delivered and performed to the agreed SLA’s ensuring expectations are achieved or exceeded • Analyse, investigate and resolve complex IT queries • Liaise with the customers to smaller projects
