End of February 2012, Mr. Schilling started as interim CTO for QIVICON , the Deutsche Telekom Smart Home project. Due to NDA restrictions only so much can be said for now: Mr. Schilling sucessfully handled the position within the given time boundaries and environment. He found his successor, changed several processes and views on the product as well as organizational and technical aspects.

Involved in a Cloud (XaaS) project in the role Business Architect. The goal was to enable internal resources to go on with the project. Involved in the development the (XaaS/Cloud) product(s) partially as well as one of the leading architects in terms of opening the company’s resource to the Cloud.

Consulting CNM startup's in technical and organizational questions as well doing hands-on jobs where needed.

- due dilligences and certification of processes, IT related products and companies, etc. in IPK related industries - Development of architecture, concepts and business cases for several projects, for example interactive content like mobile TV (in 2001) etc.

Responsible for most IT related due dilligences, supporting consultant in terms of IT and organization for existing ventures.

- R&D a complete new technology during an enterprise project have a) new10s‟ staff trained on the project and b) transfer much knowledge as possible in three months to both, developers as well as to their enterprise customers IT - The outcome was a technology today known as AJAX invented it some years earlier but new10 never made business out of it - setup business plan and business strategy
