ROMAN KLIS DESIGN is one of the world‘s leading agencies for brand strategy and brand design. 100 people at RKD think and create brands for fmcg clients around the globe such as Nestlé, Beiersdorf and the Hero Group. My responsibilities focus on business strategy and development, P&L management, business planning and the service delivery. One of my main tasks is developing and managing the organisational structures and processes. My scope also includes acting as key contact to senior clients.

As Head of Communication & PR I was responsible for all marketing communication and PR activities including advertising (TV + Print), Digital, CRM and PR with 11 direct reports and a budget responsibility of > 20 Million Euro. In this function I was called in 2013 to be a part of Nestlé Culinary Management Board and reported directly to the Managing Director of the Nestlé Culinary Division.

During this time I was responsible for the management of the client service team around main PUBLICIS client Nestlé with five direct reports. In my role I was the primary client contact building a continuously strong client relationship through brand strategy consulting and consistently strong advertising performance. On top I was responsible to integrate specialist agencies (POS, digital and PR) to work conjointly on NESTLÉ communication projects.
