Possess leadership, outgoing personality, and can drive the team to achieve performance goals. 2. 10 years or above related experience in clothing design management, understand cutting-edge design concepts; familiar with user behavior and sensitive to industry trends 3. Familiar with the complete product development process, and have the ability to coordinate project management; 4. Business thinking, logical thinking, active, responsible and enterprising.
