Implementation of the new ordering system and the new centralised ordering process that covered following activities: project and process planning; coordination of system launch across different divisions, suppliers and outlets; training on system use; technical responsibility over data correctness and interface testing Operational responsibility over the team of 10 people - planners and analysts

Cooperation in creation and implementation of demand planning tools. Analysis, reporting and monitoring multiple logistics KPIs. Communication of KPIs to multiple stakeholders.

Analyzing ordering related problems across supply chain, proposing and implementing corrective actions. Preparing analytical tools for launching a new process of centralized ordering. Aligning the process details among different teams and different information systems (store ERP system vs warehouse system - SAP).

Coordinating a team of 3 people with target to: • Optimize stock level and goods availability • Keep updated ordering schedules • Resolve suppliers issues • Reach and exceed defined KPIs

Leading cross functional team projects concentrated on following areas: warehouse, distribution system, stock management and process optimization (according to 5S methodology) Responsibility for opening new distribution warehouse

Analyzing and renegotiating customers contracts

• Optimizing transport cost and increasing service level • Coordinating the project of web transport tenders • Negotiating transport offers with suppliers and service providers • Creating set of performance indicators KPIs - taking corrective actions as needed
