I am responsible for plant operations in the Southeast region. I oversee operations in six metal processing centers in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. I'm responsible for providing cost effective processing solutions as well as personnel, project, engineering and budget management. Improving processes and methods with 6S, Six Sigma, Lean and other improvement utilization methods.

Provide operations leadership and project management to improve business processes through cost saving, Lean, Six Sigma and other activities to improve business metrics and minimize competitive weaknesses.

-Responsible for NEMA industrial control product developments -Responsible for all design-to-cost activities for NEMA products. -Supervised master data teams for SAP and JD Edwards ERP systems. -Supervised manufacturing engineering and IT teams. -Key member of plant and product relocations in Mexico, India and China. -Six Sigma DFSS training.

-Responsible for several production lines of NEMA industrial control products. -Developed and implemented KAIZAN and other LEAN efficiency projects. -Six Sigma DMAIC training. -Developed databases for engineering processes and controls -Developed and led training and testing programs for new operators. -Managed production relocation for US to Mexico location.

-Developed HMI “smart tag” coding and programming -Developed development of images to be utilized for new HMI programs and projects. -Lead drafter for products and facility planning layouts -Network Administrator for location.
