Personally coach and develop Training Managers in all markets worldwide. Create high impact learning units for classroom and in-store coaching with sales-relevant content. Provide Train-the-Trainer workshops, lead the global implementation training programme and determine future training needs.

Responsible for planning and implementating all induction programmes and retail sales training activities in over 20 countries within the region. Involved in the operational set-up of POPs, both own-retail and partner boutiques, in the areas of stock management and visual merchandising. Coordinated and monitored Mystery Shopping activities and provided in-store coaching for Boutique Managers and sales force.

Provide business English training, for various international companies within the region of Vorarlberg, Austria. Companies included Dopplemayr, Zumbtobel and Blum. Additionally conducted intensive English course for beginners and various English levels as well as Cambridge English exam preparation.

Provide various levels of English training, including business English training for ESL students, both private and professional. Also company run English training.
