Responsible for a total spend in excess or EUR 1 billion across 8 different countries. Leadership of a team consisting of c.90 employees across the region and service management of a P2P BPO Partner.

Leading the expansion of the Procurement function to APAC, MEA and Latin America, starting from mapping resources currenty involved on Procurement activities, running an opportunity assessment to generate a strategic development plan and a list of sourcing initiatives for the coming 2-3 years and preparing and discussing the business plans with the regional heads.

Global Head for transactional procurement in Nokia Indirect Sourcing, a captive organization with 150 people based in different countries and 3 delivery centers located in Hungary, India and China with a scope of tactical sourcing, transactional purchasing, processes and tools development and compliance testing.

Led Nokia’s global strategic sourcing team of 8 senior sourcing managers for the Care Services and Manufacturing & Test Equipments categories, managing a spend of EUR 700 million per year. Built the procurement coverage in Care Services from zero to EUR 500 million within 2 years. Restructured the Manufacturing and Test Equipments strategic sourcing team by transferring knowledge to the manufacturing sites to improve time-to-market decisions and leverage the local supply markets.

Led Nokia’s Indirect Sourcing group in Latin America. Expended and led the Latin American sourcing and procurement team for the Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, IT and Travel categories. Delivered EUR 12 million of savings over 3 years with an operational ROI of 15.

Regional position with Siemens Shared Services in Latin America. Responsible for the consolidation and coordination of all indirect sourcing activities of Siemens in the region. This included the identification of opportunities, creation of sourcing strategies and coordination of their execution by utilizing sourcing teams in different countries.

Project Manager position with Siemens’ internal consultancy team for Procurement & Logistics, working as team member in corporate projects across Europe. Leadership of the Procurement & Logistics stream of a program to establish the Shared Services organization for in Latin America, leading an internal consultants team which delivered a proposal to re-organize Siemens’ procurement units in Latin America and identified a € 50 million savings opportunity in 2 years.
