This included the identification of opportunities, creation of sourcing strategies and coordination of their execution by utilizing sourcing teams in different countries.

Leadership of the Procurement & Logistics stream of a program to establish the Shared Services organization for in Latin America, leading an internal consultants team which delivered a proposal to re-organize Siemens’ procurement units in Latin America and identified a € 50 million savings opportunity in 2 years.
