Working as part of the in house resourcing function for RWE, one of Europe’s leading energy and gas companies. I was solely responsible for the UK’s shared service operating company; RWE GBS (circa 650 employees) and all of RWE npower retail functions business area's. This involved sourcing vacancy’s across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Regulation, Legal and a number of the smaller CoE teams across several sites in the UK.
