Position based in the Corporate Office of Ratingen (Germany). Responsible of the Human Resources department for all the 24 Hotels and Corporate offices in Germany.

Position based in the Corporate Office of Miami (US). In charge of implementing and overseeing the company’s Human Resources procedures in the Hotels and Corporate offices of Meliá Hotels International in The Americas, according to the global policies established by the Company's headquarters.

Position based in the company's Headquarters in Palma de Mallorca (Spain). Responsible of the recruitment and selection of Assistant General Managers for Hotels located worldwide. Co-design of Institutional training campaigns for the brand Meliá. In charge of the organization of the training for the brand Meliá. Responsible of the Employee Development procedures for the brand, carried out also the Asst General Manager Development Plans and follow them up together with the other Brands’ ST & D Managers.

Position based in the Corporate office of Rome (Italy). Responsible of implementing, supervising and follow up the Meliá Hotels International Quality program for the external and for the internal client in 5 Hotels of Melia Hotels International in Italy. Trainer for the Quality program, updated and carried out the Meliá Hotel International Institutional campaign “Everything is possible” in all the Hotels of Italy and Germany.

Position located in the Hotel Melia Tamarindos, Gran Canaria (Spain). Responsible of the implementing, supervising and follow up the procedures of internal and external client in the Hotel. General Management representative. I was the Manager on duty at everytime that I was in the Hotel.
