As Executive Consultant I firstly support my customers with professional services in Project, Service, Quality and Test Management varying from Business to IT. Next to any projects I will report financial project status, support Sales with opportunity pursuit and estimation review and support Delivery Management. Coaching new members to familiarise them with our processes and tools is another task I have. I successfully managed large international and local projects in different industries and cultures.

As interim Crisis Manager in a highrisk IT project I was responsible for the strategic redesign of the client migration in the fourth quarter of 2017. Not only acting as Project and Crisis Manager (direct report to C-level management), but I also supported the Program and I acted as Quality- & Resource Manager and performed Line Managment tasks. My team and I were able to implement missing deliverables from other projects to increase the number of migrated clients.

As Product Manager I was responsible for Requirements Management, communication between local teams and three different development team. I managed the progress from a business perspective and was tasked with test management. The platform successfully launched in the Q2-2017. In the same time a system was implemented to anonymously trace visits (from other company sites and third party sites as well as mailings (both paper and digital Newsletters)).

As International Rollout Manager I was responsible for planning and supporting countries in APAC (China, South-Korea and Australia) and EMEA&C (United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Germany and The Netherlands) to prepare them for the launch. Country specific requirements were documented and developed, creation of marketing plans and marketing materials and localisation as well as test management. The platform successfully launched in waves.

I supported the Project Manager with certain administrative tasks and I also reported on HR topics. Besides successfully supporting the Project Manager, I implemented different HR processes and created learning plans and training catalogues.

As Project & Service Manager I was responsible for daily team management, contracting, staff selection and budgeting, planning and reporting. I acted as a mediator between the business and IT and my team and I have implemented multiple major and minor release. To increase the portfolio I performed a due diligence. The average SLA score was 98% and I managed up to 10 project members.

As Development Manager I was responsible for planning the different changes and projects in releases for a team of 8 developers. I also acted as a point of contact between the project team and the KPN Test Manager. Besides the daily management of the development teams. I created a Configuration Management Plan.

As a Software Development Engineer, I worked for Dealer Services and Commercial Systems. I developed industry specific and customer specific software after creating a business analysis. 40% of my time I worked in the United Kingdom. Next to my main responsibilities, I managed smaller projects, after succesfully completing PRINCE2® Practitioner, and I implemented local business processes to implement Change Management and Support Processes.

I led a team of developers and designers that were responsible for developing the tool. For which I had to familiarise myself with ISO and CMMI. I implemented software development processes to improve development (development, staging and LIVE server), versioning and object orientated development for online applications.

As Development Team Lead I had a responsibility to plan tasks with the team and deliver those on time. I also supported the Art Director and Technical Director with planning and reporting. During this period different Websites and Web Applications for different customers were successfully launched, including an online HR Assessment Tool for TNT N.V..

I was responsible for the development of Websites, Intranet Solutions an Web Applications. During my time I worked on projects for Publicis Nederland (including a Time Reporting System), Department of Motor Vehicles (RDW), City of Amersfoort and the City of Roosendaal, a Website for a large high-speed rail system, Childrens Entertainment (Future Networks), Online Cinema System (BelBios) and Volkswagen.

During my full-time job I attended The Hague University of Applied Sciences to focus on an economics and management study for personal growth. Modules included Economics, Communication, Management Skills and Project Management.

Graduated in 2000 receiving my Bachelor degree in Information & Communication Technologies (similar to BSc). Modules included Project Organization, System Analysis, Communication, Economics, Software Development, Database Design.
