As the lead of IT operations in the head office, I negotiate and manage the hosting of strategic applications and infrastructures in one of the most secure datacenter in France. With our spinoff in 2010, I was also architect of our IT revolution - like moving from 100% bloc build silo servers to over 90% "cloud like" infrastructures.

WW was a medium size IT consultant services company. Depending the situation and the missions, my position may vary between technical consultant, project leader, system architect, developer, security officer ... And the activities can cover industrial, banking, aerospace, government agency, fashion store, medias, energy ...

I organize and assist IT operations between the group's head office, the most profitable business division's head office and their subsidiaries, taking care in consideration different IT culture and business goal.

For the Olympic games Torino 2006 and Beijing 2008. As an IT coordinator for the biggest French broadcaster covering these games, I was doing: * Negotiation with local authorities and suppliers to facilitate IT operations; * Multi-sites – sports venues, media centers and accommodations - IT logistic organization;

RG organize every year one of the 4 most biggest tennis sport events over the world. During 7 seasons, I design, develop and deploy an information portal dedicated to medias with live score and weather information diffusion + data warehouse. I designed also an efficient solution to transform an intranet oriented web application to a paid extranet. These solutions are still being used nowday.
