Overseeing BAU allocation and ensuring sla targets are met accordingly Adhering to training plans on learning cloud, and organising training days for engineers Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with customers and Account Managers Assisting with resourcing and booking of FTE resource and contractors for Projects Managing engineer holidays and sick cover for multiple sites Participate in conference calls with account & regional managers Training colleagues on salesforce
