- Leading a team of 30+ employees, and overseeing the production of 50+ recipe and life-hack videos per month. - Responsible for the final content selection. - Acting as liaison to the sales Team, and coordinating the production of sponsored videos for major brands (Tchibo, Goldsteig, Poliboy etc). - Analysis and evaluation of new distribution channels and social media strategies.

- Responsible for conceptualizing and directing recipe/food videos to be distributed online (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram). - Supervision of all creative and aesthetic aspects of the videos. - Coordination of the production of sponsored videos for major German brands. - The videos are published on the German FB page www.facebook.com/leckerschmecker.me, and are also translated into 9 other languages, reaching an audience of over 50 million people worldwide.

The DW Akademie undertook the research project "International Journalism Education Standards" (IJES), which aim was to assess the international standards and practices of journalism education in developing and transformation countries. The research was conducted in four different world regions. As a member of the team, my responsibility was to analyze the situation in Colombia. Red Earth is a Brazilian-based production company, specialized in working with foreign TV Networks, such as BBC and HBO. My tasks included the budgeting and the production coordination of the Brazilian segment of the international projects, as well as the research of characters and stories, and the contribution to the development of new products. Some of my projects in 2011 and 2012: “Witness - Rio de Janeiro” for HBO, “Scam City: Rio de Janeiro” for National Geographic, “Stephen Fry: Out There” for BBC.

This Master's Program is a four-semester, full-time program. It is conducted by the Deutsche Welle, Germany's international broadcaster. Partner universities are: University of Bonn & Bonn Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. I was awarded a full scholarship by the DAAD.
