Contract negotiation for the construction of complex industrial equipment, including turn-key contracts in Europe, Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Latin America (up to 300M€). Management of disputes (including arbitration). Support to General Management for all legal matters. Payment and financing tools negotiation (Supplier Credits, Letters of Credit...) Management of international taxes ( VAT, tax optimization of projects, permanent establishments, etc.). Management of the IP and Affiliates portfolio
