Responsible for the results and growth of the Application Division. Today 52 Milj € revenue and growing. The delivery consists in a software factory working on bespoke software development in an agile way to great satisfaction of the employees and customers.

Within the Agile Consortium of the Benelux a Belgium Steering Group has been created. I was chairman of the board during 5 year. As Agile Consortium the mission is to spread the word on how Agile Practices can make IT projects more successful.

Promoting the most succesfull delivery organisation "Cegeka's Software Factory". Convincing our customers that doing projects in an agile way is the most efficient way to provide their business with the applications they really want!

Agile coach of the vacature team - focus on scrum and XP -

As Sector manager I'm responsible, with the assistance of account managers, for Business Continuity and Development of the social sector, good for 20 Milj€ per year. In this role I'm responsible for the following Cegeka accounts: Acerta, Xerius, Partena, Group S, Multipen, Intersociale, Attentia, RSVZ, RSZPPO, RJV, RIZIV, RVP.

I was responsible for the delivery and P/L of the biggest program 'Ventouris'. A 20000 manday project for 8 customers in the social security sector.

I cleaned the organisation towards a lean IT organisation - good job descriptions and internal procedures. I also introduce the radical change project in order to simplifly the existing software architure for order intake and billing.

I took care of the business development of the Telecom Sector - this resulted in new customers such as mobistar, telenet, mach, BT.

I particpated at making the procedures well described and understood by all stakeholders. I managed as investment manager plenty request for investment by belgacom. I provided advise towards the management teams on the existing investments.
