Supported Implementation of Integration concept and transition protocol. Focus on effective communication during periods of change. Supported implementing HR integration plans including job evaluations, compensation packages, and individual staff contracts. Timely and accelerated integration of people. Supported developing business plan with business unit and integration team for ASEAN region to arrive short and mid-term objective with measurable action, responsible and time line.

Performed market competitive environment analysis to identify market place, competition, marketing mix required (special focus on local pricing and channels, including sales) and functional support required. Key strategy and growth levers formulated.

Key focus for Asia Pacific region and ensuring all deliverables required from the project team, internally and externally, are met in an efficient and timely manner.
