Location: Tokyo/Nihonmatsu/Osaka, JAPAN. JOCV/JICA (Affiliated to Foreign Ministry of Japan.) Instructor of Japanese junior and senior volunteers assigned to work overseas. The work involves the training of volunteers in teaching techniques, technical skill presentations, holding workshops and English. I have co-written and edited a series of JICA English textbooks since 2007. I wrote a 160 page JOCV MAC Course. I have visited Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya as part of a JICA advisory committees.

Running my own computer consultancy business for charities and voluntary agencies. Working with a computer cooperative in customer support management, sales, installation, software training and consultancy on Desk Top Publishing, Novell Networks, Microsoft, Lotus, Borland and Wordperfect products. Expertise in running and developing training programmes. I'm still involved with my consultancy business in an indirect capacity.

Location: Ivrea, ITALY; Cupertino, California, USA. Technical Writer (PC Division.) Job responsibilities included the writing of Engineering and User manuals for the Olivetti personal computer range both in the Italian headquarters and Silicon Valley. Both UNIX and TC/IP were used.

Location: Shibuya, Tokyo, JAPAN. English/Business Instructor. I trained and supervised new instructors, developed materials and taught the major clients (e.g. Keidanren, MITI.) I also wrote a set of technical books endorsed by the Japan Society for Technical Communication (JSTC.)

Location: Bedford, UK; Freising, GERMANY Process/Product Engineer for the Power FET semiconductor production line. Initially, working as an epitaxy process engineer then moving into all aspects of the POWER FET production line.
