- Management of the technical end-to-end product life-cycle of B2B telephony solutions. - Elicitation and management of all functional and non-functional solution requirements. - Project management for solution realization.

- Alignment of the scope for the delivery of B2B telephony solutions on a hosted IP-Centrex platform. - Management of the technical realization of selected features on the relevant systems. - Execution of the capacity and release planning of core network platforms.

- Management of R&D projects in the fields of all-IP networks, context-aware services, and HMI. - Presentation of research contributions at scientific conferences in the fields of mobile and wireless communications, service oriented computing, and mobile applications and technologies. - Supervision of Diplom and Master Theses developed in cooperation with industry partners.

- Modification and performance evaluation of network and wireless routing protocols in discrete event simulators.

- Development of cloud solutions using open source software development tools and platforms. - Preparation of storyboards, mockups, and customer journeys for the development of graphical user interfaces. - Setup, monitoring, and capacity planning of web server infrastructures.
