• SAP HR (HR2U) maintenance (PA part): personal actions and mass uploads; • Job Description evaluation (HAY Methodology); • fulfillment of salary and benefit surveys for Russian affiliates; • audit of the daily inputs; • participation in continuous improvement projects; • payroll activities; • preparation of HR reports (all types and complexity); • preparation of different HR calculations (guidelines for salary increases, simulations, etc.)

• first line support of customers (Russian affiliates of the company) in HR questions over the phone and via e-mails; • preparation of all types of HR SAP reports; • preparation of organizational announcements; • all types of translation; • preparation of the HR analysis for Management of the affiliates (HR Dashboard); • conduction of different HR trainings both for customers and for HR community; • preparation and implementation of the on-boarding program for the team colleagues;

• organization and participation in interviews; • administration and coordination of MAP processes for Operations; • HR administration; • organization of Assessment Centers and other recruitment activities; • support of organization of summer internship program (participation in job fairs, interviews, etc.), • communication and interaction with providers of services, suppliers etc. • organization and administration of internal trainings;
