• Leading projects in the areas of external communication and event management • Creating the vision of a sustainable and scalable operation and being responsible for its implementation • Optimising processes in order to provide constant value in a dynamically growing team of software engineers • Managing the office operation in two headquarters (Cologne and Darmstadt)

• Providing primary point of contact to internal and external constituencies on all matters • Serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management • Taking over the project coordination of internal events for nearly 300 employees

• Taking part in regional meetups in order to fully align with the local marketing strategy • Keeping contact with local contractual partners and conducting key account activity
