Designed a supplier management system implemented across the entire Schneider Transport group in Switzerland (including GFC and its European subsidiaries). Researched legal requirements, transportation modes, and supplier evaluation criteria across European markets. Proposed a software-based supplier database solution to assess and mitigate operational risks across the supplier network.

Monitored and reported on key supply chain KPIs including out-of-stock rates, inventory days, supplier returns, and obsolescence across multiple FMCG categories. Oversaw end-to-end supply chain processes, including purchasing order placements at product reorder points, and delivery follow-ups from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to points of sale via cross-docking. Led supplier collaboration meetings to evaluate service levels, identify shortcomings, and implement corrective actions.
