-Managed the project Productivity Increase in Industrias Santo Domingo: Made the master production plan, production process flow chart as well as a time study of selected products. Designed a new layout for the production stations. -Managed the project Capacity Study in Instituto Superior de Formación Docente Salome Ureña (ISFODOSU). Calculated the capacity of the resources(Classrooms, toilets, parking lots, cafeteria, laboratories, etc... ) given the academic programs per facility (6 facilities)

-Updated ISO-9001-2008 documentation and work instructions for both Production as well as the Purchase Department -Developed a layout of facilities to analyze station distribution -Standardize the production of new products Hired, trained and supervised personnel.
