On-site support at Zehnder Polska Sp. z o.o., Wrocław, PL Main responsibilities: • Perform overall software testing coordination based on ISTQB methodology and training support (Key User/End User Training etc.) • Preparation, managing execution and follow up (on training and testing on site) of key and end user trainings, test scripts and Inventory file for all test phases • Incident / Defect Management • PMO tasks (s. below)

On-site support at Zehnder Bolesławiec Sp. z o.o., Bolesławiec, PL Main responsibilities: • Resource effort monitoring using Collinor and support for PM in updating the Project Plan accordingly • Incident Management (using SAP Solution Manager) • Travel Management for Central Project Team members • Support the local team in keeping SharePoint up-to-date • Preparing meeting minutes from Steering Committees and local Project Meetings

Master in Social Sciences- knowledge in the field of Management, Organization, Company Personnel Policy and its tools.
