Responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative management of the Hungarian organization, in line with the strategic direction set by the General Managers of our Austrian headquarters and the local leadership. Key responsibilities: Defining quality and strategic goals in accordance with group-level objectives; Managing daily operations, including drafting and signing agreements, supervising and approving financial transactions, HR, facility management, IT, sales & marketing activities

Planning, implementing and coordinating marketing and sales activities in CEE/SEE countries (Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia); Managing the day-to-day running of the company sales and marketing activities of the CEE/SEE region; Drawing up strategic and budgetary plan; Providing resources for the daily running of the company; Optimising work processes and proposing solutions for further development;

Planning and supervising the annual marketing and communication strategy and budget; Creating the corporate design in cooperation with a graphic design agency; Writing corporate content (press releases, company website and printed material, correspondence with the authorities); Organizing and coordinating external and internal communication; Liaising with suppliers (printers, event organizers, caterers, creative agencies);

Organizing and coordinating external and internal communication; Maintaining and supporting everyday cooperation with the American-German Headquarters; Coordinating the cooperation between the international and Hungarian marketing and sales teams; Preparing and controlling the yearly PR budget; Harmonizing HQ expectations with the Hungarian practice; Liaising with the press; Organizing partner and press events;
