I worked in Human Resources Center of Expertise (CoE) which is responsible for the development of policies and processes, product design and management of outsourced services based on learning model 70/20/10. I worked on themes of coaching, mentoring and other learning solutions. I contributed global coaching framework design and creation of coaching program deliverables. I was responsible administering the project office and maintaining relationship with stakeholders and vendors.

I was responsible for clients’ end to end recruiting processes to search globally executive and expert profiles. 80% of processes were international 2.0.-recruitments; sourcing, interviewing and assessing via multiple e-channels.

I was responsible for clients’, including Adecco’s key accounts, end to end recruiting processes to recruit specialist profiles. In addition I was managing employment relationships of staffed employees.
