Supervised a 20-member team in delivering all HR processes for production plants in Norderstedt and Luneburg employing 1,400 people. Advised and worked with company leaders and department managers to resolve labour relations, tax and social security issues

Highlights/Achievements: Led a team of 5 HR professionals and 2 support staff in providing services for 920 employees in 4 production plants. Despite limited resources successfully managed major projects simultaneously: closure of one plant, partial closure of another plant, restructuring of the remaining organisation, expansion of a third plant which entailed hiring and training 90 employees in 3 months

Oversaw HR functions for Engineering, Customer Service, Sales and Production Departments, set up and delivered HR processes, negotiated a house labour contract with the local union as well as labour-management contracts with the works council, implemented Group’s HR policies and standards in Hungarian production plants
