Responded to at least 1200 emails per month containing customer inquiries. These issues were both complex and simple regarding TSA inquiries, customer grievances, and many flying concerns via email. Provided an immediate solution to most problems and forwarded other concerns to either senior level officials or the appropriate department as needed. Forwarded isses were grammatically correct and properly researched according to TSA's policies and procedures.

Responded to 1500 or more calls a month. Assessed complex escalated issues and researched customer grievances. Provided an immediate solution to the problem and forwarded concerns to senior management only when appropriate follow up was needed. All issues forwarded to other departments were done so with any background information required. Functioned as a manager on the phone, screened all request to senior management. Trained and mentored several managers and individuals to various to awards and promotions
