Drove process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability, and worked cross-functionally with programs, research, and communications teams to strengthen donor engagement and reporting.

Co-led regional partnerships with pharma companies and policymakers across India and the Asia-Pacific. Led research, evidence synthesis, and knowledge development on patient safety, women’s health, and healthcare access. Organized 20+ multi-country roundtables and webinars to drive regional learning and collaboration. Led a cross-functional team to co-create a guidebook and patient journey mapping tool to strengthen program and service design.

Led district and state-level initiatives on women's economic empowerment, supporting 300+ women through entrepreneurship, skilling, and livelihood programs.

Coordinated collaboration across 6+ Asia-Pacific countries to strengthen knowledge exchange and shared strategies. Designed and implemented CSR-funded programs on breast cancer awareness, prevention, and patient support.
