- End-to-end recruitment within different functions: Engineering, IT, Finance, SCM, Sales, HR - Utilizing different channels for finding suitable candidates: active sourcing (LinkedIn/Xing), job boards, specialized communities, internal referral program, career fairs. - Partnering with HMs and HRBPs to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. - Partnering with universities to promote open roles to students/alumni. - Creating onboarding plans and managing the process for new team members.

Ownership of the recruitment process for different IT positions for companies within the Medical Devices industry.

- Proactively searching for candidates on external platforms and interviewing them - Reviewing incoming CVs and interviewing suitable candidates - Partnering with recruitment agencies in the search for candidates - Redesigning JDs to make them more attractive - Testing out ATSs and candidate assessment tools - Preparing offers and contracts and communicating them to candidates - Participating in other HR processes such as Onboarding, Probation period meetings, Career development meetings etc.

- Proactively sourcing for external candidates for various positions within the B&PS and IDM departments in Germany - Reviewing incoming CVs and interviewing suitable candidates - Discussing requirements, personal characteristics and project specifications with hiring managers - Collaborating with recruitment agencies in order to expand the candidate pool
