Projects in the areas: - IT systems for HealthCare R&D - M&A IT

- Manage all KAM activities referring to the Marketing and Procurement functions of the Bayer subgroups BHC/BCS/BMS (as customers) and BBS (as supplier) - Maintain holistic knowledge on BHC's Business (Strategy, Markets, Products, Figures, Challenges), Global Organization (Management Structure, LE Structure), People, Relations, ongoing activities. - BBS Umbrella Contract Management related to BHC and BCS - special projects

- negotiate umbrella contracts and significant IT service level agreements with Bayer HealthCare (BHC) L.E. worldwide - review and release all BHC related BBS quotations - relationship management with BHC customers - manage customer escalations

- drive the setup of SLAs for IT services between (local) Bayer IT and BHC L.E. in the region EMEA - initiate a BHC internal controlling of IT costs and activities in the region EMEA - special IT infrastructure projects, e.g. M&A/Due diligence activities, main assignment: global Bayer stream lead "IT Infrastructure" in the Roche ConsumerHealth integration project

- IT support for Pharma's HQ builing: managing PC support & Lotus Notes helpdesk, procurement of IT devices - consulting and coordination of global Pharma's IT standards - Lotus Notes / Web-Support and Consulting - global IP network (WAN): Demand Management for Pharma division

Deputy team head of the IT Infrastructure team for central research HQ building (approx. 1500 users) managing server & client support, helpdesk hotline etc.
