Relocated to the IDeaS Headoffice in Minneapolis, USA to continue to successfully grow IDeaS Advantage and help establish additional global consulting group focussed on developing new solutions in the area of Revenue Management and Price Optimization for the Hospitality and Travel markets.

Based in Singapore established new independent consulting division to accelerate growth and expand market share for IDeaS outside of software core business. Full responsibility for developing the divisional business plan in line with IDeaS' strategic objectives, P&L management, development of global consulting services, hiring and leading global consulting team (EMEA, India, Singapore, China, US) and ensuring strategic growth goals are met.

Various positions with IHG at Property and Corporate level in US, Europe and Asia. Responsible for leading a cross-cultural team (Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore) to develop, implement and measure strategies and support processes to maximize top line performance for over 170 Hotels in Asia Pacific across all IHG Brands.
