- Core Enterprise Service Portal Team lead - Planning and organizing specific account delivery migrations from past HP systems to new SM software, leading end to end implementation, testing and changes of Service Request Management within SLA and SLO; - Consulting clients of HP for the SRM catalogues and organizing workshops onsite; - Leading Beta testing of unreleased products with development teams, coordinating between development and testing teams for the new catalogues;

Extracting, analyzing and transforming the information from legacy systems to the new HP Service Manager software, implementing Service Request Management catalogue, ESP; - Onboarding new catalogues and coordinating with new HP clients; - Supporting incidents and problems of clients regarding the migration process; - Initial set up of SRM catalogue as well as troubleshooting of the HPSM infrastructure;
