Goals: setup the new region of Central Europe, staff the leadership team, establish ways of working, shift mindset from set of countries to one region, lead staffing, performance management, development, comp & ben workflows. Major achievements: * reorganized the leadership team * designed the new organizational structure (aligned to corporate restructuring), * unified cross country HR processes into 1 Central Europe set (performance management, development planning, compensation & benefits).

Goals: be finance partner for the business, drive the top and bottom line growth, manage the finance team. Major achievements: * built the credibility of the organization, * created and implemented ROI tools for G2N and A&P, * initiated price increases that resulted in ~3% incremental net sales, * developed tool and partnered with sales and TechOps teams to significantly increase the forecasting accuracy, * built a true finance team and developed direct reports.

Goals: financia and, HR governance of 4 group companies: controlling, cash flow management, budgeting and reporting, investment management, cost control, treasury, recruitment, IT, legal, procurement. Major achievements: * finalized implementation of SAP system, * changed controlling procedures to follow group policies, * initiated cost reduction in least profitable region to increase EBITDA by 60%, * initiated and managed action plan of reducing receivables by 40% in a year time.

Goals: finance management of group companies: cash flow management, controlling, planning, reporting, analysis. Major achievements: * refinanced company acquisition credit to another bank, * created and implemented systems (compliant with ISO:9001) of reporting, * succesfully managed budgeting and investment projects, approvals from board received, * reorganized the finance department (headcount reduced 2 times), * successfully led the implementation of ERP system (Navision).
