Responsible for all operations of Arplamagroup NV with factories in Belgium (production of PU-parts in Pla-Ma Belgium NV) and Roumania (production of PES-parts in Arplama Roumania). - 1 Week/Month in Roumania

Responsible for all operations of production of Poly-Urethane Moulded Parts, espec. for automotive (heavy duty, coaches, ...), machinery and healthcare applications. Additional responsibility as Sales & Project Manager new products for the major clients. In August 2009, Pla-Ma Belgium is closed due to the worldwide crisis (drop of sales with 70%)
