In charge of the coordination of the UNESCO Chair with its various projects such as the promotion of the Summer School next August 2015, the elaboration of an World Heritage Awareness Game for Kenya, the contribution to different reports, and the social media management.

With the students of the Master of International Tourism (USI) and the collaboration of the Municipality of Lugano, Laura is leading the creation of a mobile application that will allow tourists and locals to dive into Lugano's beauty through thematic routes.

Assisting colleagues in the Marketing Department, I had the chance to work with the Digital and Community Manager, helping her organizing the website through the CMS and updating pages of attractions, packages, and additional data for better currency. I have basically learnt to manage: - Typo3 and the website content management - Efficy and the data management with Excel - Social Media in a professional way

In charge of the whole website management and his content. I used to work with three informatics who would deal with the graphic and design, according to my wishes. Moreover, besides writing myself articles in French, I managed 4 University students who would write also.

Receiving organic samples from patients from different doctors in Geneva, labeling them by kind, and entering both data from the patient and analysis to do in our system. Used to work every evening from 5 to 7:30pm, dealing with around 2000 samples with a team of 3-4 students.

Administration and database updating for both the head-directors of primary education in Geneva (managing around a hundred schools). I also used to command material for each school director in Geneva through Oracle software.
