As a Senior Solution Advisor for SAP SuccessFactors, I work with both potential and existing clients in both the public and private sector. In my role, I engage with clients to understand their unique HR needs and showcase the value of our solutions. I stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success with SAP's HR solutions.

Working on setting up the Product Marketing discipline. The organisation is currently being scaled up to pursue its mission to become the number one global customs solution. Product Marketing is new to the organisation so creating internal awareness and getting buy-in from all levels in the organisation is my main priority as well as building a product marketing framework (e.g. what can Product Marketing help you with and what deliverables can we provide).

As part of the product team I am responsible for the Product Marketing of Visma Engage & Visma EasyCruit. My focus is on establishing and executing market readiness strategies and go-to-market activities, including communicating value propositions, marketing strategy and material, channel strategy and overall activities. Making sure internal and external workflows are followed and efficient.

I help our EasyCruit partners build processes and procedures that are successful and repeatable in delivering value to their customers. As a product expert I can speak, and teach on the value and usage of each part of the system. I apply my domain expertise with partners in best practices discussions, whether those are specific to the use of EasyCruit or general partner success conversations.

Responsible for the HR-administration of the Foodservice division. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR-office. Advise and assist managers and employees on various HR topics. Instructing, training, and coaching team members. System administrator, provide first line support for recruitment system.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the food-department (team of 25 employees). Make work schedules and budget forecasts. Make sure all staff works according to the standard work procedures. Train and coach employees. Liaison between staff and management.

Responsible for the day-to-day HR-administration. Coordinate and conduct recruitment projects in operating countries. Coordinate various courses and training and trainer selection. Keep contact with the safety and health services concerning sickness or absence. Develop, review and update company policies. Advise and assist managers and employees in operating countries on various HR topics. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
