Infusion & Pain Therapy, Center of Excellence: Developing a scalable framework for sustainable product development. Group Sustainability: Supported the global Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) rollout across 260+ legal entities, contributing to documentation, training development, change management, and communication planning. Recognized for initiative, reliability, quick comprehension of complex topics, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsible for over 40 Oral Healthcare, Skin Care, and Nutritional products, representing 50% of Southeast Asia/Taiwan region spend (EUR 58M). Provided technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle from product development, technical transfer, validation, and manufacturing operations to product robustness. Headed the technical stream for greenfield and brownfield projects. Received multiple awards and commendations for teamwork, agility, and tenacity.

Set up and headed the Commercial Project Management team. Managed stakeholders to successfully implement the global pilot of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, earning two recognitions: the Best Business Critical Project and the Southeast Asia Ignite Diversity awards.

Headed and expanded the R&D function of 17 team members. Oversaw the operations of R&D facility. Managed business stakeholders and senior management in project pipelining and product portfolio expansion. Led internal and external technical collaborations and services.

Led the development of the food portfolio. Managed more than 30 contract manufacturers.

Headed product development/application of core brands (Knorr, Planta, and Lady’s Choice), as well as R&D quality/safety audits, the Nutrition Enhancement program, and Sensory Evaluation practices.
