Fjord is a service design agency with ten offices around the world, now set to become part of Accenture Interactive. I’ve been involved in a team of UX designers to redesign Sky’s video on demand portal (interface for iPad plus translation into iPhone, Android, web). I’ve been leading the implementation of a customised design library in Axure RP Pro, to document the deliverables to the client and specify the UI requirements and guidelines.

Tacii provides a sensor-based analytics and engagement platform which gathers real-time data for brick-and-mortar retailers to uniquely identify, engage and reward consumers entering their shops. I prototyped the user experience of early-stage products for mobile and web, defined navigation and interaction paradigms, documented features and journeys for handover to the development team.

Ection was supposed to be a professional social network for people in the film industry. It did not work out but I learned a lot. I was co-founder and UX team leader.
