I work as a part of UPS Europe Recruitment Team in the Workforce Planning department. My main scope are BeNeLux countries, UK and Ireland, Central Europe and all English speaking positions. I have successfully filled number of positions in Sales, Marketing, PR, Finance, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, HR, Customer Solutions or Legal departments. I also participate on workforce planning projects, monitor the labor force market and utilize web-base recruitment tools.

In this generalist and advising role I was working as a part of HR team responsible for all business units in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine. My main task was to act as a business partner of departments and help managers with HR related queries, especially with Employment law agenda, Employee Relations, Internal marketing, Performance management, and partly with recruitment.

As a part of a small HR team (HR manager + 2 specialists + 1 admin) I was responsible for 900 employees in 4 locations. In this hands-on job I was working to establish and execute company HR procedures and policies. In the team I was specialized on Training and Development, including vendor tenders and development consultations for management. In 2013 I successfully developed an innovative training program for sales department of the Food Service division.

I supported the department and participated on various processes and projects. I supported the Senior Recruiter (pre-selection of candidates, phone screening, first-round interviewing) and was responsible for T&D, HR Administration, and facility management. In 2012 I managed a large facility management project. In 2012 I worked on language skills training project and successfully established and coordinated weekly language classes in 4 locations, built a strong relationship with the provider.
