Developed a Marketing and Communication comprehensive go-to-market strategy (GTM) for a SaaS B2B start-up, outlining the communication channels and their corresponding messaging. Assisted by the definition of the product’s UVPs, capabilities and features and created the messaging foundations around them, as well as content, visual assets and company's website. Analyzed market trends and competitors to identify target customers’ touchpoints and evaluate industry dynamics. Developed a PR strategy.

Assisted in PR activities within a cross-functional teamwork (internal and external), and supported in the drafting of press texts. Built a semiautomatic coverage database, and subsequently a KPI tracker for the department to obtain a quick 360º view of the status of our PR activities and goals. Developed monthly PR reports to assess PR activities in all active European markets. In charge of journalists’ sampling and PR email account, as well as creating extensive documentation of processes.

Created new team from scratch for Fitness department and took over the Running department after nine months on the job. Improved Fitness department revenue by 33% year-over-year, despite COVID-19 impact. After taking over the Running department, improved its gross margin by 11% during the first three months. Set up audits and revenue plans for departments based on in-depth analysis of sales and financial data, as well as competition and market research, focusing on higher margin and FMCG inventory.
