I am part of a team that manages the content on the platform. I also created the newsletter layout for WeerbaarNL and managed this channel.

As the channel owner of 11 B2B newsletters, I carried out a qualitative and quantitative benchmark assessment which laid the foundation for my channel strategy. Thanks to the collaboration with NIPV Events, my data-driven automated marketing campaigns reached >30k contacts to generate leads for corporate events. Additionally, I supported the setup of the digital media library, prioritised inquiries from the mailbox, and developed NIPV's WordPress CMS.

During my time as medior communications consultant I worked for several multinational high-profile clients in the field of strategic communications, digital communication management, CEO communication and performance-based social media content marketing.

I digitised the academy portfolio and translated the vision and business model into two websites and a digital marketing strategy.

During a period marked by volatility, I led the social media strategy and content as well as campaign creation for the foundation and their CEO, Jessica Anderen, for a combined audience of >160k followers. I reported directly to the CEO on performance.

For circreate, a subbranch of Constructif, I helped to sharpen their brand identity (personality, USP, story, positioning) and created their marketing and launch strategy as well as content formats. I also steered a team of design and website experts.

Base took me on as junior communications consultant after successfully ending my internship. I managed stakeholder and client relationships and cross-sales for Mastercard, Heineken, Royal BAM Group, Thermonuclear ITER, ABN AMRO, The Hague University, and Barry Callebaut. Next to interim assignments, other tasks included event coordination, coaching interns, Wordpress development and designing assets like PPTs or brochures.

RenewiGO was a new internal communication app. As part of the project team, I supported with the planning and execution of the pilot phase and eventually rolled out the new app across 154 branches, to more than 7,000 employees in a multilingual communication campaign. Later I took on content creation and newsletter management as well as data reporting and app user training tasks.

As researcher for future leadership practice and diverse workplace demands, I wrote a communication and marketing advice nuancing intercultural differences.
