Most recent project (May 2013 – Jul 2014): InterCars S.A. 1. development of organizational decision process and support for strategic projects: - business consultant on development of BI tools (defined KPI’s, improved algorithms), - support in developing business models and budgeting process.

Founder and Vice-president at AoV-Architects of Value management consulting company. Research & development of know-how and tools on managerial and organizational decision-making process (AoV Method). Current research: impact of organizational budgeting and decision-making process on capability to make rational decisions; “glocal” decision-making tools. Created methodology and business simulations for AoV-Architects of Value.

Independent business consultant: led projects in business controlling, auditing and strategic management workshops (Medicover SA, WZF Polfa SA, Jagram SA and JClass Ltd).

Research in simulating complex interacting systems, scientific cooperation with ICFO, Barcelona, lecturer at seminars (i.e. at Harvard, Los Alamos National Laboratory) and author of publications (i.e. Physical Review Letters, Phys.Rev.A).

Thesis: Temperature effects of the Bose-Einstein condensate.
