I mostly teach for English Language Institute as a freelance English teacher. At the moment, I teach exclusively online using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I'm really enjoying the move to online teaching because it allows me to seamlessly integrate online materials which make my lessons more customized and curent.

I worked in Joetsu, Japan, teaching all ages. Half of my jobs was teaching English in companies such as Panasonic, and the other half was teaching in-school classes, many of them kids and teenagers.

I taught in-company and in-school, mostly adults and some teenagers preparing for CAE. I also consulted the Minister of Culture and Education before her trip to the US Senate to meet with Congressman John McCain to lobby for increased support for Ukrainian IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons).

I mostly taught in-company with various large and small firms ranging from advertising and tech start-ups to larger and more established manufacturing and logistical companies.

I taught academic English for university students, both graduate and undergraduate. I coordinated the Tutoring Center and provided academic writing assistance. I was the main TOEFL preparation teacher for prospective students of the university.

I managed fellow professors and administration related to the college’s English courses, and taught English to undergraduate Business Management and Public Administration students.

I planned and led English communication courses for professionals and academics. I also organized and led teacher training sessions for staff.

Nuclear policy and disarmament with an emphasis on the state of nuclear affairs at the beginning of the Barack Obama's first presidential term. I also specialized in the Political Economics of conflict, how wars are financed and sustained.

American history, politics and economics with an emphasis on the state of California.
